The squad features a mix of experience and young talent with players like Deepti Sharma, Jemimah Rodrigues, Harleen Deol, and Pratika Rawal providing stability in the batting order.
India’s bowling unit looks strong with Renuka Singh, Arundhati Reddy, Radha Yadav, and Sneh Rana leading the attack. Richa Ghosh will handle wicketkeeping duties, supported by Yastika Bhatia as another batting option. Rising stars like Kranti Gaur, Amanjot Kaur, and Sree Charani add depth to the team.
One of the biggest surprises was the omission of Shafali Verma. The young opener, who has been a regular face in the team, was left out due to inconsistent performances in recent months. She is currently part of India A’s tour of Australia.
